1999–2010 Ford 6.75 ft Replacement Truck Bed

1999–2010 Ford 6.75 ft Replacement Truck Bed — replacement pickup bed

Looking for a replacement bed for a 1999–2010 Ford 6.75 ft truck bed? All Truck Bed Depot helps shoppers compare pickup-box listings by the model years, bed length, drivetrain configuration and visible condition described in the product details. This entry is based on the vehicle details named in the listing, with additional buying guidance written for our store. This is a truck-bed listing, not a guarantee that the assembly fits every trim, chassis, and cab configuration within the named years.

Truck bed details to confirm

• Model years named in listing: 1999–2010
• Make indicated: Ford
• Bed length in listing: 6.75 ft

Use the information above as an identification starting point, not a certified interchange chart. The final match depends on your individual truck and on the physical bed being supplied. Ask for actual measurements and pictures if the listing details are incomplete.

Vehicle compatibility and body-style checks

Compare the candidate bed against the exact truck using its VIN and body configuration. Some pickups within the same generation use different bed mounting locations, filler-neck cutouts, tail lamp connectors, wheel-arch dimensions, bumper clearances, and tailgates.

When requesting a fitment check, send the full year, make, model, cab type, wheel configuration, existing bed length, and VIN. Photos of the rear quarters and current fuel-filler position help explain differences that a year range cannot capture. A vehicle identification number can help the seller confirm options, but it does not replace physical inspection of the replacement assembly.

Bed length and mounting details

The listing calls this a 6.75 ft bed. Compare measured inside length, cross-member location, tailgate opening and frame mounts before purchasing. A long bed and short bed are not directly interchangeable merely because the cab and badge match.

Before the old box is removed, document the arrangement of its mounting bolts, bed-to-cab gap, trailer wiring, grounding straps, fuel filler and any auxiliary equipment. A replacement that looks right in a single photo may still require different brackets or an adapter; do not assume hardware or wiring is included unless listed.

Paint, condition and what the photographs show

Review current photographs for dents, rust, scratches, repairs, paint mismatch and signs of previous body work. Request up-to-date photos before relying on color or condition claims.

Inspect pictures of both bedsides, the front bulkhead, the cargo floor, lower seam, wheel wells and underside. Pay particular attention to rust at crossmembers and inner supports, cracked mounting points, dents near stake pockets and previous paint work. Photographs describe a particular item at the time they were taken; request confirmation of the bed currently offered by All Truck Bed Depot.

What comes with the truck bed?

The included parts must be confirmed on this exact listing. A bed shell, tailgate, taillights, wiring harness, fuel door, rear bumper and mounting hardware are separate components on many pickups. Do not assume any of these extras are supplied simply because they are visible in a photograph. Ask us for a written inclusions list and any available additional-angle photos.

Freight shipping, handling and delivery

Replacement pickup beds are bulky freight items. Delivery planning should account for the bed’s actual dimensions, packaging, unloading access and destination ZIP code. Ask for a written freight quote and confirm whether delivery is to a commercial dock or residential location. Liftgate access, loading arrangements and timing are subject to carrier and shipment availability; nothing in the source seller listing establishes All Truck Bed Depot shipping prices or schedules.

Questions buyers often ask

Does this bed fit my truck? Compatibility is not guaranteed by a title or model-year range. Send your VIN and vehicle details for a specific check before ordering.

Is it rust-free or damage-free? No condition guarantee is made by this automatically generated description. Request current photographs and a written condition report.

Are the tailgate, lights and bumper included? Only if confirmed in the actual offer. Ask for a component-by-component list.

How much is shipping? Heavy freight rates depend on size, destination and unloading requirements. Ask for an individual quote.
