Please read the product listing, checkout or written invoice and these terms before purchasing. If a written agreement for a specific order includes different terms, ask us to clarify any conflict before paying.
Product information and compatibility
Replacement truck beds and used truck components may vary in age, condition, paint, dimensions, configuration and included accessories. Product descriptions, photographs, year ranges and model labels are provided to help identify items but may not alone establish fitment. Customers should verify the vehicle year, make, model, VIN, cab type, bed length, SRW/DRW configuration, fuel-filler location, mounting points and other relevant details. Request current photos and measurements for the specific part as needed.
Prices, availability and order confirmation
Online prices and availability can change. An order or inquiry is not a guarantee that a particular item is reserved or available. The final agreed item, condition, included components, price, delivery costs, any taxes, deposit or other charges should appear in the confirmed order or invoice before payment. If the item cannot be supplied as agreed, we will contact the customer to discuss options consistent with the order and applicable law.
Payment and deposits
Use only payment instructions provided through the site’s checkout or confirmed directly with All Truck Bed Depot for your order. If a reservation or staged payment arrangement is available, the deposit amount, hold period, balance deadline, cancellation treatment and shipping date must be agreed in writing before payment. Do not assume a reservation exists based solely on an inquiry.
Freight and delivery
Truck beds, cabs and oversized components may require freight carriers, pallets or crating and special unloading equipment. Customers should provide an accurate delivery address, ZIP/postal code, contact details and whether a forklift or commercial loading dock is available. Freight costs and estimates are confirmed for each order. Carrier transit windows are estimates unless otherwise expressly agreed. Any international import charges or applicable duties should be clarified before purchase.
Receiving and inspecting goods
Review delivery paperwork and inspect the shipment as soon as reasonably possible. If packaging or goods appear damaged, document the condition with photographs and contact our team promptly with the invoice number and a description of the issue. Preserve packaging and paperwork where needed for a carrier claim. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Return eligibility, freight-return costs, cancellation windows and deposit treatment depend on the specific order, condition and any written agreement, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Contact our team before returning an oversized item to obtain instructions and confirm available remedies. No provision in these terms removes statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
